01What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for the site to work. Others are optional, and we set those only with your consent.
02The cookies we use
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
session_id | Necessary | Keeps you signed in to your workspace. | Until you sign out (the browser expiry is currently set far in the future) |
_lookup_app_session | Necessary | Protects forms and OAuth sign-in against cross-site request forgery and remembers where to return after sign-in. OAuth intent expires after 10 minutes. | Until you close the browser |
lookupdock_consent_v1 | Necessary | Remembers your cookie choice. | 180 days |
_ga, _ga_<ID> | Analytics | Google Analytics. Distinguishes visits to public pages. Set only after you allow analytics. | 180 days |
03Your choice
On your first visit to a public page we ask whether to allow analytics. Rejecting is as easy as allowing, and the site works the same either way. We store your choice for 180 days in a necessary cookie.
To change it, use the Privacy choices button at the bottom of any page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies we can reach and reload the page so the analytics script stops running.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics starts switched off.
04Other sites
When paid plans open, checkout and the billing portal run on Stripe's own pages, which set their own cookies under Stripe's policy.
05Changes
We will update this page and the date above whenever the cookies we use change. If we add a new kind of optional cookie, we will ask for your choice again.
